We use Royal Mail 1st class for all shipping, we can send items with a value above £50 tracked delivery on your request, this will incur an additional charge. 

UK customers - Orders should arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

European customers - Orders should be with you within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

We do not currently ship products outside of the UK & Europe. If you are interested in ordering outside of this area, please send an email to ask.chorus@gmail.com and we can offer you a personalised shipping quote. 

International Taxes and Duties:

As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of any customs, clearance or duties fees and so these must be paid for by the customer.

The customer is responsible for any customs, import duties and taxes payable for your order. It is possible that some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. If this should be the case, we suggest that you track your parcel and contact your local customs office for additional information but please do email us and we will do all we can to help!

Returns:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we can offer a return or exchange, if the product is returned within 15 days. You can contact us for the best return address - If you have any queries regarding returns please do drop us an email. 

 If you are sending your product back from outside of the UK, please clearly mark the parcel as a 'Customer Return'. Otherwise, there is a chance that the return will be charged import duties and this fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

If you would like to return your product, we can offer a refund if it is returned in unused condition, in it's original packaging. You will need to return your product to us within 15 days of it arriving with you. Your return does need to be fully tracked, and tracking details sent to us at ask@choruslifestore.co.uk including your reason for refund, order number and full name.
